I listen while walking my dog. On the knit crate broadcast, you never explained what knit crate is, what it does, anything. How do you sign up? What do you get when you sign up? How often? How much does it cost? For 45 minutes I struggled to piece together a description of the business from the conversation. I had to wait until I got home and could look it up on my computer. Very frustrating.
