I love the Marly bag! I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to mention it on Saturday. Doozer Knitting was great!
I'm glad you'll be sharing some crochet tips :) I joined the Crochet Snowflakes group on Ravelry because I LOVE Snowflakes...even though I don't know how to crochet :)

The crochet join is a great tool to have in you bag. I use it for joining shoulders seams when I feel the wearable needs structure. It helps the sweater to hold its shape. And it's a lot easier to grab and pull the yawn back thru both stitches with a hook.
